Group COO and Co-Founder of Ordyn Technologies

R Srinivasan is the Group COO and Co-Founder of Ordyn Technologies. In this role, R. Srinivasan is responsible for managing Ordyn’s operations across the region, which includes leading the sales and support functions, business planning, product design & development and strategy. R. Srinivasan has hands on development and management expertise in a broad variety of technologies including digital switching, optical transmission systems, next-gen telecommunications networks, as well as network planning and optimization.

As a co-founder of Ordyn, Srinivasan was interested in building a company involved in developing and providing multiple end to end telecom solutions which could scale to a multi-billion dollar global conglomerate. R. Srinivasan has since led many of the company's key business and technology initiatives. Under his management, Ordyn has become the first Indian telecom product company to operate from India, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and Indonesia.

R. Srinivasan is a seasoned industry executive with more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to Ordyn, Srinivasan was the Executive Director of Dec-on Telesystems, a JV with Deccanet Designs (now Flextronics Design Ltd.), where he was heavily involved in product design, development and delivery. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of senior business management, strategy and technical positions in the telecommunications industry.

R. Srinivasan holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University.
